Key West Community Sailing Center is looking for a sailing Program Director! The Program Director will be a key member of the sailing center’s leadership team that is responsible for complete organizational oversight. The ideal applicant will be a well-rounded professional who is motivated, a team player, and communicates well. The applicant will work alongside the executive director to achieve collective goals and steer the organization as a whole.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Program Planning, Development, and Delivery
• Safety and Risk Management
• Staff Management and Operations
• Member and Participant Services
• Communications and Public Relations
• Facilities and Equipment Readiness Oversight
• Financial Oversight and Administration
• Collaborative Fundraising Efforts
