Osterville, Ma– Wianno Yacht Club islooking for both a 420 and Opti race coach for the summer of 2025. Both positions are responsible for leading their respective teams on and off the water, building young racers’ skills and capabilities. They will be expected to teach young sailors fundamentals on and off the water, including rigging and tuning techniques, boat maintenance and care, and overall personal and boat safety. Coaches will also be responsible for developing racing skills and executing a racing curriculum. Both teams will attend regional regattas on the weekend and the coach is expected to travel with them.
Schedule:
Monday and Wednesday 8:30-4:30
Tuesday and Thursday 9:30-5:30
Fridays 8:30-4:30
Weekends as the Regatta Schedule dictate.
