The All-In-One Club Management Platform Built Specifically for Yacht Clubs
Clubspot does much more than just regattas and junior program management. Built and run by sailors, Clubspot is the only club management software platform available that has everything yacht clubs need to manage operations. In a single platform, clubs can manage membership billing, marina management, Point of Sale, reservations, communications, accounting, social events, and of course, regattas & junior program management.
Other software providers only offer some of the tools/services that yacht clubs need, requiring clubs to have other third-party services to fill in the missing pieces. This leads to additional expenses, multiple platforms for club administrators to monitor, and an overall less cohesive online experience for members. Combine this with our experienced customer service team and no upfront setup costs, it is without a doubt the best option available for yacht clubs. Your club can save money, streamline operations, and vastly improve the membership experience by switching to Clubspot.
If your club is tired of using multiple platforms that aren’t designed for yacht clubs or simply want to see what 21st century yacht club management looks like, visit our website and book a platform demo here. Taking the time for a short demo can lead to a significantly better club experience for years to come. Take the first step and book a demo today!
I’m racing in the Challenged Sailors SD/Coronado YC KMAC Regatta. It was mentioned that no one had signed up for the Coronado YC Championship Races to be held after the KMAC racers come in. I spent most of the board meeting trying to sign up for the Championship Race, and honestly, I can’t even remember how I signed up.
In addition, there was no way to sign up for just the Race and not the Race plus two dinner tickets, which since this was a second race I already paid for dinner tickets when I signed up for the KMAC.
I dread signing up for races in Clubspot. The menu structure is not convenient, requiring sorting through hundreds of yacht clubs and all of their races to find one race. And the race naming is inconsistent the KMAC IV is listed for both 2020 and 2021, then this year it’s not KMAC V of KMAC VI it’s just KMAC.
A logical sort method would be Region, then perhaps yacht club association, the name of the race, or YC, and name of the race(s). For some reason when the local YCs put signups for races on their own websites, they were more organized and easier to find. Now that most have gone to Clubspot the signups are a PITA! And, when I say that, it’s coming from a Systems Engineer that worked on the Navy’s biggest integrated systems, and used computers for work on networks and/or integrated Computer systems, since 1991!
yesterday I clearly saw the results of signing up for two races and today only one race is shown?!
@Edward We recently launched our updated events list here: https://theclubspot.com/events
It has an easier search and the interface separates out previous and future events. While we always let clubs name their own regattas, our improved search allows you search by the event name or the hosting yacht club to easily find the regatta you are looking for!
