Roy teaches his sailors much more than boat racing. They learn life lessons of raising their game through goal-setting, confidence-building and cooperation . . . and there’s little tolerance for slackers. He is a great teacher, mentor and friend to many an SG youth, which I’ve been privileged to witness as an SG parent.
